Review Guidelines
We want to hear your voice!
We're glad you're willing to help your fellow shoppers by writing a constructive review. Please be aware that our team evaluates every review. Our team uses the guidelines below to determine if the review is acceptable for posting. All reviews should be sent via email to: [email protected], with the subject containing the word "Review".
The ideal review is 75 to 300 words. There is a 2,000 character maximum.
Please include:
- Comments on the product itself. Information not related to the product itself will not be posted.
- Whether you like or dislike the product, and WHY. Other shoppers will find it useful to know specific reasons why the product is the greatest or the worst.
Please do not include:
- Commentary on the site's design, or on errors you've spotted with the site. If you'd like to pass on these types of comments, please use our customer service inquiry form. If you're comments do not pertaining to the product itself, we will be unable to post them.
- Profanity or spiteful remarks.
- Promotion for your own products, websites, services, etc. This is a place to share your views on the product on display.
- Time-sensitive material (like lectures, promotional tours or release dates)
- Personal information such as phone numbers, mailing addresses or URLs.
- Alternative ordering, pricing or shipping information.
Any review not meeting these guidelines may not be posted and we reserve the right to remove a review at any time.
